You Ask. We Answer.

Everything you need to know about VetoCaller and how we protect you.

VetoCaller uses a community-powered database to identify phone numbers. When you search for a number, we check our global registry of verified official, business, and community-reported numbers to give you an instant safety status.

Yes! Our core mission is protection, and we believe basic security shouldn't be locked behind a paywall. Our web-based search and community reporting will always be free and unlimited.

If you receive a suspicious call, search for the number on our homepage and click the "Submit a Report" button. You can then select tags like "Scam," "Telemarketing," or "Fraudent" to help alert the rest of the community.

Numbers that receive a significant amount of consistent "Safe" reports from the community are marked as "Community Verified Safe." This helps users identify legitimate calls that might not yet be in our official business registry.

To prevent abuse and ensure high availability for everyone, we implement fair-use limits based on your IP address.

  • Daily Search Limit: 50 searches per 24 hours.
  • Daily Report Limit: 20 reports per 24 hours.

Limits are reset automatically every 24 hours.
